Sick Baby:(

Sorry for the lack of posts lately, my sweet baby girl has been terribly sick!!! This weekend she got the flu/ear infection (we didn't know about the last one until monday). There is nothing worse than watching your baby throw up and does not understand what is going on. At some point around the second time of her throwing up and her looking at me with those sad eyes I just held her while she threw up all over me. That was the pattern all weekend and I just kept changing my clothes because all that made her feel better was me holding her. After a high temp of 102.9 and her not being able to keep even pedialite down I was ready to take her to the Emergency Room on Sunday before Trav talked me down. He convinced me to call the doctor first after finding out what the doctor said I felt much better. Every thing the doctor told us to do seemed to work until early monday morning (around 2 am) and it started all over again. So off to the doctor we went and I vowed I was not leaving until they gave her some miracle drug to make her better. Come to find out it was a severe ear infection. So my miracle drug came in the form of a antibiotic and she is feeling 100% better!!!!! She is her normal self again! Though I have to say Trav and I are lucky parents. Even through all of that she kept her smile and personality. She would laugh and talk to us until she got real sick. She cuddled tons with us but didn't cry or get winey. We are so lucky we truly have the best baby!
