Pear Blossom Parade

For any one that doesn't know what the Pear Blossom is, it is a huge festival here in Medford in the beginning of April. It the beginning of the pear season which is huge here in Medford. Well every year they have a big race (which last year I was pregnant and couldn't run in it and this year I am not even conditioned to run 10 miles yet) plus they have a parade and a bunch of other activities. Well yesterday I took Monkey to the mall for a day of shopping with mamma. We went into this baby/kid boutique just to look at some robeez sandals for summer. Well 30 minutes later, one very cute hat purchase and my daughter being the ham that she is was laughing and jibber jabbing at every one in the store. The owner came up and asked if she could talk to me. They asked if Addison could participate in the Pear Blossom Parade and represent their company. They said she was so adorable they would love to have her so I said yes. My baby will be the hit of the parade!!!! She is a ham and loves attention:):)

We are entering her into the baby blossom contest also so hopefully she wins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will keep you posted!
