Christmas...

Christmas came and went. Christmas Eve night we went over to Trav's Aunt Kel's house for dinner and santa came to see the kids. Addison was a hit with her pigtails and tutu skirt:) But then Santa showed up and she wanted nothing to do with that crazy old man:) As soon as she saw him she crawled over my shoulder to my dad and clung to him like grim death:) When I took her up there to get her present she freaked out and started crying so daddy held her and opened her present.

Then came Christmas morning...Addison had a blast opening the first 4-5 presents and after that she sat in her cozy coupe that Santa brought her. She refused to get out unless something really peaked her interest:) After opening presents at our house we went up to Trav's mom and Dad's house to open presents. She opened one and decided she was done:)!!! Poor girl was so tired so we came home and put her to bed. She didn't get a very long nap so by the time Christmas dinner was done so was she:)!!! She had a full day yesterday and she was the cutest baby out of everyone if I do say so myself:) She just has this smile that lights up her whole face though that face wasn't out very long because she was on sensory overload with all those people looking at her, talking to her and wanting to hold her!! Yeah she pretty much told us when she had enough so we brought her home and let her play with all of her presents:) She was happy as a little lamb with that! The girl made out! She has a new table and chairs, a tea set, a lap top, a couple of new baby dolls, a handy many tool set and her favorite MY new jogging stroller. Yep she thinks it's hers so she sat in it yesterday and today just to watch tv. Doesn't want to get out of it:) She cried when we made her because we had to take it back to get one that wasn't broken. She was not happy and thought the jogging stroller at Toys R Us that was on display was hers. Yep got even more mad when I took it away from her and wouldn't let her get in:) She is attached to it!

We all slept until 9am today which is unheard of in our household!!! I hurt my back and neck thursday night and I was in a lot of pain yesterday so Trav gave me a muscle relaxer...can you say I was out:)????? When I did get up I heard Addison and she was just getting up but the poor baby was throwing up! All I could think was not again we just went through this 2 weeks ago and ended up at the hospital. Thankfully it only lasted for about an hour and now she is her usual spunky self:)

Well I hope everyone had a good Christmas. I sure did it ended up better then I thought.
